Mr. Hemant Kumar Dugar the director of the Institute is having 14 years of experiance in Teaching and Software Development in the IT-industry. He is having knowledge from very old systems based on CP/M, DOS to the latest systems based on Windows NT/98, Netware, Unix and Linux. Also having good knowledge of Internet and setting up Intranets.

Mr. Dugar has developed many commercial softwares for Organizations and Companies using Foxpro, COBOL, C and C++ under different plateforms. He has guided many students in their projects, out of which many projects Topped National level Project competations.

Now a days Mr. Dugar is busy in Teaching and Development on Internet, Interactive WEB based applications, Database handling on WEB and E-Commerce.

As a part faculty Mr. DUGAR with his wife Mrs. Neeta Dugar (MCA) having a team of 10 faculty members (MCA/BE/MSc/'A' Level Computer qualified) all of them are experts in their respective fields of IT, concentrates not only the theoratical and practicals of the subjects but also provide the knowledge of latest happenings in the IT-field to their students, in very friendly and personalised environment.

The rapid growth and transformation of Information Technology(IT), in the late eighties, generated tremendous career opportunites. To fill escalating demand for computer professionals, Department of Electronics (DoE) formulated a comprehensive policy on Computer Software Export. Embodied therein, was Software Development and Training to generate quality manpower by harnessing the competence and expertise existing in the Private Sector Computer Training Institutes. And the outcome of this is the DOEACC Society.

In Madhya Pradesh (MP), the biggest state of India, at Indore, the business centre of MP, We were the FIRST to introduce the DOEACC courses and now with best results in all over MP we are the leaders in conducting the DOEACC courses.

Apart from DOEACC courses there is always a demand of short term courses on latest Technologies in IT. To meet this demand we have designed various Diploma and Fast Track courses. Time to time we also conduct Seminars and Workshops on the latest IT topics.

2. Diploma in Computer Programming (DCP): It includes all of DOA and Information Technology and Advanced FoxPro.

3. Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming (ADCP): It includes all of DCP, Programming in C Language, Data Structure and a real life Project.

4. Advanced Diploma in Software Engg. (ADSE): It includes all of ADCP, Digital Computer Organisation, SAD & MIS, RDBMS using Oracle, Graphics, Networking, OOPs using C++, JAVA, Visual Basic and a real life Project.

5. Master Diploma in Computer Application (MDCA): This course is based on DOEACC 'B' Level Syllabus and makes you eligible for the post of Systems Analysis, Sr. Programmer, Faculty for training in Colleges and R&D Scientist.

DOEACC is a Scheme of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), the statutory body of the Government of India to recognise and regulate technical education in the country. The Scheme is implemented by DOEACC Society, an autonomous organisation of Department of Electronics, Government of India.

Under the Scheme, institutions meeting well defined norms and criteria are given accreditation of conducting specified levels of courses, viz O, A, B and C. Examination are conducted, twice a year by the DOEACC Society, at more than 65 centres all over the country. Successful candidates are awarded Certificates / Diplomas by the DOEACC Society, which are recognised by the Government for the purpose of jobs.
