DOEACC is an autonomous body of the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India with Head Quarters at New Delhi. This Society was formed by A.I.C.T.E in the year 1990, to prepare the Software Professionals who can meet the latest demand of the fast changing IT industry, potentially. It is envisioned to bring the most updated global industry relevant computer education, within the reach of more and more in the areas of Information, Electronics and Communication Technology (IECT).

Right from a familiarization certificate Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) to the foundation (O) level, Advanced Diploma (A) level, MCA Degree equivalent (B) level and M.Tech Degree (C) level. 'O' Level Course - Revision 4 (New)

The objective of the course is to enable a student to acquire the knowledge pertaining to fundamentals of Information Technology (IT Tools and Business Systems, Internet Technology and Web design, Programming and Problem Solving through 'C' Language, Application of .NET Technology, Introduction to Multimedia, Introduction to ICT Resources, a Practical and Project Work).

The structure of the 'O' Level course is:

• M1-R4: IT Tools and Business System
• M2-R4: Internet Technology and Web Design
• M3-R4: Programming and Problem Solving Through 'C' Language

• M4.1-R4: Application of .NET Technology

'A' Level Course - Revision 4 (New)

An 'A' Level qualifier is expected to be key member of a software development team with all round capabilities to manage and guide a software project. In order to develop these capabilities the 'A' level course has been so designed that a student acquires an in-depth knowledge of the key areas like the computer software, office automation products, knowledge of developing a business system module using database packages, problem solving skills using programming languages, computer architecture, software development life cycle, data-structure, database management system, operating system, practical exposure to UNIX/LINUX and communication principles and computer networking, object oriented programming using C++/Java, and multimedia application.
